Sweet Strawberry Smoothie

Hey Guys!!!

I have been super busy with graduating law school (yay!) and studying for the bar exam that I haven't been able to do much blogging. It's been interesting getting started with my studying and trying to figure out what I should be doing, but I think I finally and getting the hang of it so I decided to do some blogging!

Alright it is getting warmer here in San Diego and that means I have been having more and more smoothies!!! They are great way to have something nutritious in the morning to get your day going. I have also been working out early in the morning so I like have a smoothie to get my protein in as well. They are my favorite because you can add whatever fruit or veggies you want and drink your nutrients. Here's one of my go to recipes!

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup of frozen peaches
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • Almond milk or the milk of your choice to taste 
  • fresh strawberries
  • banana
  • frozen blackberries
  • goji berries
  • cacao nibs
  • coconut flakes
