Stawberry Overnight Oats

My favorite foods tend to be portable. When I'm really busy I like easy meals that I can pick up and eat. However, easy meals tend not to be as nutritious as longer cooked meals. One of my go-tos that's easy to make and good for you is overnight oats. They're easy to make and there are tons of recipes all over pinterest!

I'm going to tell you my favorite recipe because it's easy and I always have the ingredients in stock.

All you need is:
  1. 1/2 Cup of Oats,
  2. 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds,
  3. 1/2 Cup of Milk of your choice (I use Almond Milk),
  4. Strawberries,
  5. Sweetener of your choice (I use Agave Syrup)

First: get an air tight container to make your overnight oats. I use a mason jar usually, but you can use tupperware too. Add 1/2 cup of oats and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds to the jar.

Second: cut up the strawberries or what ever fruit you want and add it in.

Third: add the sweetener of your choice! I added stevia to this one.

Fourth: add 1/2 cup of milk to the jar.

Fifth: mix it up by either shaking the jar or stirring it up with a spoon.

Sixth: pop it in the refrigerator overnight!

Seventh: ENJOY!

  1. This looks SO delicious and easy! And I love that it's portable! I will have to make this for sure!
