Smoothie Bowl Tips
- Buy bananas in bulk and freeze them the night before you are planning to make a smoothie. (I always have frozen bananas in the freezer because who knows when I'll want to make a smoothie!)
- Have some non-dairy milk on hand. (I always have almond milk)
- Invest in superfoods for toppings! Although they are on the pricey side they last a long time and can be used for other recipes.
